Those familiar w/ p90x
Which disk would you say is the best full body workout?I know you can find single disks on eBay. Is the plyometric disk a good overall workout? I need something for those days when my hubby works late and I can't go for a run or get to the gym.
Thank you!

plyo is definitely an intense cardio workout.. it is basically a lot of jump training. i would recommend it if you need a sub for running

I would say the closest thing to a full body workout would be cardioX, core synergistics or kenpo. Plyo too, but it doesn't focus on upper body at all, it is all cardio and leg intensive.

I agree with PP. Yoga X is also an awesome workout.

Core synergistics is probably my favorite all around workout if you're just gonna use one disc, but the yoga is seriously the one that kicks my arse the hardest. Plus its the longest video too I think- 1 hr 30 mins
