You are talking about 2 different things. There is a pie with ham and cheesem eggs, and other meats like salami, etc. That's what you will find called Pizza Rustica (which my family calls something else). But it is NOT a bread.
Then there is a bread that you can buy with proscuitto and lard. That Ivarone sells too. They call it meat bread, or lard bread.
Not sure which one you are really thinking of.

You usually can order these around Easter at an Italian deli like Ivarone (or maybe even Uncle Guiseppe's in Smithtown). It will likely be called Pizza Rustica.
Sorry, don't have the recipe handy. My mom has it in her head. And she is busy making them this week so I won't be able to get it for you for a while.

my MIL just calls it easter pie. i can grab the recipe from her today...IF it's the kind of thing she has written down.
ETA: she didn't have a recipe for me with proportions, but she said it's egg, provolone, mozzarella, soppressata, and capicola. it's pie crust on the bottom and in lattice strips on the top. all the meats and cheeses are diced. she makes it in a rectangular casserole dish and cuts it into squares. i know a PP called it pizza rustica. that's what my MIL called it too. GL!

See my family makes it with sausage, ricotta, provolone, mozzerella, salami, ham and eggs. Seems everyone makes it differently. And my moms is not a lattice top but fully closed pie crust top.
