do u use nasonex etc?
i hear that using sprays are bad..but ents keep wanting me to use it ..so i am going to try to stick with it...anyone have experience/feedback? tyy

I use Nasonex for allergies. It works well. IT doesnt have that strong taste, if it drips back. I keep Afrin on hand, which I use also.

I think what you are referring to as "bad" is nasal rebound. Which can occur from OTC nasal sprays b/c they can dry out nasal membranes. The medications perscribed by the physician are different. Nasonex is actually an inhaled steroid. It is generally used for nasal allergies but is sometimes perscribed if you have inflamed nasal membranes. I have used it without negative side effects.

yes rebound is what i meant...good to know its only with otc sprays ty!
