Tilapia w/ Capers

I've been on a caper kick lately. Found this recipe. It was so easy and SO good.

Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Place tilapia in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt; pour over the fillets. Sprinkle with capers, oregano and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
(taste of home)

ETA: DS who is 3 helped me with EVERYTHING - he cut the lemons and butter, juiced the lemons, mixed juice/butter and poured over the fish. He put the "sprinkles" (seasoning) on and the capers. I just had to put it in the oven!

It really was easy - DS (3) helped me with every step.

I think I used Cod, DS picked out the fish for dinner last night. Same price, both looked good, I didn't care.
