For those who do WW and eat WW frozen dinners
I really want to try WW. I signed up but really have no time to concentrate on finding meals within my points. I was thinking of the frozen meals. I can have them for lunch and dinner. Don't know how long I would last like that but at least I might be able to get on track. Anyhow, I was wondering has anyone ever eat just their frozen meals and lose weight? Is it too much sodium you think? Or can try this till I can add some real food? Is this allowed? Any thoughts?
TIA

Re: For those who do WW and eat their frozen dinners
The frozen meals have alot of sodium in them, so I would be very careful with eating them everyday.
I try to stay away from foods with too much sodium, so I don't really eat them that often

Re: For those who do WW and eat WW frozen dinners
Last time I did WW I used to have a WW meal every day. Now on the new plan they are more points so I tend to stay away from them. I might have them for lunch once a week.
I usually have a sandwich for lunch. It's nice and quick and doesn't take a lot of effort. I usually have Boar's Head Turkey or Chicken. Sometimes I get the low sodium kind. I also make sure to drink a ton of water throughout the day to compensate for the sodium.

Re: For those who do WW and eat WW frozen dinners
When I first started the plan I used to have the frozen meals ALOT and was still able to lose weight.
I've been trying to be careful with them though because they have so much sodium.
