When you tell people you're having success losing weight...

...do you ever get people that ask you what you're doing and then tell you how you should change it, even if you didn't ask?

I love my sister, but she does this. She is the hare, I am the tortoise. I exercise less during the week and build in "treats" to keep myself on track and honest. She has the drive to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time by working out like a madwoman. That just ain't me.

Whenever she asks how much I've lost (almost 25 pounds now - no small feat), she tells me that if I just did this or changed that, I would lose SO much more!

It doesn't bother me that much, I just think it's funny because people's reactions tell a lot about their personality.
