I'm making stuffed ravioli...it's 12 pp for half the bag of it plus an extra 2 pp for the sauce. So its a little high in points but it has chicken adn cheese in it so its pretty filling!

Sausage N’ Cabbage “Noodles”
1 lb mild Italian pork sausage or other ground meat of your choice
1 red onion, thinly sliced
½ head or 5 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 tablespoons grass fed butter (or ghee, or coconut oil)
½ teaspoon caraway seeds
½ teaspoon paprika
Fresh ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
In a large skillet brown the sausage. Once the sausage is fully cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside. Add the butter to the same pan with the sausage drippings and add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes or until the onions start to brown a bit. Add the cabbage and cook for another 7-10 minutes or until the cabbage is soft and “noodle-y.” Add the sausage back to the pan, add the spices, mix well and serve! Serves 4.

salad and cucumber sandwiches - 2 cukes with a little sliced avocado in the middle with cayenne pepper sprinkled on it.

What kind of stuffed ravioli. It sounds delicious :)
It's so good and very filling!! The brand is Rozzano. I get it at BJs.

Paul Newmans thin crust (very thin crust, LOL) pizza (spinach and white cheese).
Saving about 11 points for dinner!
Going to make a 0 point veggie with it!

onight is spaghetti squash for me pasta for DH with 2 trader Joe's turkey meatballs in each - I smush the meatballs in the sauce so it's like a bolognese

2 glasses of red wine....so far that's all that's in the works. I had a big lunch so I hope I can go without dinner tonight.
DH has white bean & chicken chili tonight at work.

I guess I should answer my own thread!
Last night I ended up getting a rotisserie chicken from Shop Rite because I got home so late. I added some veggies on the side.
Tonight we're doing a homemade pizza with whole wheat dough, low fat cheese and homemade fresh sauce! Plus, wine

its sooooooo filling. i make it with beef though
