i defrosted some turkey bacon so i think im going to make breakfast for dinner!

I think some good old fashion BLT's
It easy and not hot LOL.
Yesterday I had made a chicken, broccoli, olive & pasta salad with Italian dressing that I had let marinate all day.... Oh it was yummy and perfect cause it was cold

My hubby has a class after work on wednesdays, he finishes @ 9pm so we usually grab something from outside or eat cereal LOL.

i was trying to think of something cold to make for dinner last night b/c i couldnt even THINK about turning on the stove or oven... but i was REALLY craving pasta so i caved and suffered through the heat of the stove and boy was it yummy!!

Yes! I couldn't even think of cooking yesterday. So I had made it at like 8am. Plus DH was working outdoors all day and I didn't want to give him something hot either.

omg, FOOOOD! My DH just cooked potatoes and eggs, and I don't eat that. So now everyone is full, and I'm starving. I can't find anything I want, so I'll just sit here feeling sorry for myself, till I get up and find something to eat :(
oh, as for dinner. I'm off duty!

Turkey burgers and tater tots, yummmmm. I used to plan a menu for the week, but now I find that I need to make meals based on what I am craving that morning lol!

Pan grilled pork chops with a spicy dry rub.
Sides :roasted asparagus with EVOO & sea salt & sweet potatoes roasted with fresh rosemary & EVOO.
