Giada has a great recipe that calls for pasta sauteed with garlic and olive oil and fresh tomato, and fresh mozz...it's simple but good. Esp with cutlets.

Chinese take out, DH is a NYC teacher and has open school night- Me- Chicken and broccolli, brown rice and egg drop soup. DH- General Tso's chicken combo.
