Question regarding WW nursing points
So the pamphlet says 14 pts for EBF, and 7 for part-time, including if your DC is on solids. So did you go down to 7 as soon as you started solids? DD is now eating solids twice a day but I'm still nursing the same amount of times in a day (typically 5). Should I drop down?
I've been off the wagon the past few weeks-not counting-and luckily maintaining so I don't even know if I'd still be losing on 14 points. But I need to get back on track starting today.

Re: Question regarding WW nursing points
I guess the thought is once they start solids they don't drink as much milk during each nursing session so you're not losing as much calories. So even if you are nursing just as many times you are probably not using as much milk. Unless you are pumping after each nursing session to keep your ounces up. If you are doing that then I would stay with the 14 points.
