17 Day Diet
Anyone ever heard of it or tried it? I heard good things about it so I bought the book and I started yesterday. Claims you can lose 20 pounds in the first 6 weeks. Just curious if anyone has had results on this diet?

I haven't done it because I'm seeing results on WW. But my cousin is doing it and he has lost I think 65lbs since March.
