true or false?
If I live in Nassau but work in Suffolk I am eligible for a Suffolk county library card? I thought I heard this somewhere but I could have easily made it up.

Re: true or false?
In Nassau, you have to get a card from your home library, but it can then be used in any library in the county. I'm pretty sure it works the same way in suffolk.

Re: true or false?
In the Nassau library I work at, only teachers in the district and those who own a business in the district are eligible for library cards. If Suffolk works the same way, then you wouldn't be eligible

Re: true or false?
You usually have to be a resident of the town/county to get a library card. Here's a directory of Suffolk cty libraries....maybe contacting the one close to your job willl be able to give you more information.
