personal trainer
so i have been eating health (no fried foods any longer, only eating approx 1200-1500 cals a day) and working out 6 days a week really hard (My shirt is usually soaked when i get home from the gym) for the past three weeks and I have not lost a pound!!!
I was so discouraged today when i looked at the scale bc i have worked so hard the past few weeks. Any advice? Does anyone know a good personal trainer?

I'm a trainer. I have a few questions for you. You can answer them here or via PM. Maybe I can help you a little here and give you a few ideas to try first.
1. What do you eat for breakfast. Also, what time do you eat? What time do you wake up?
2. How is the rest of your diet? What is a typical lunch/dinner? snack?
3. What are you doing exactly in the gym?
4. How long have you been doing this routine?
