I cant even talk about
how bad I ate yesterday .. I was like a vacuum.
Lets just say it included TWO frosted DD donuts, chocolate chip cookie dough, a bowl of cereal ... and the list goes on.
Im disgusting.

or at least, if you are, so am I. 
I've been having a terrible week, since Saturday night, every single day something has gone severely wrong.
I haven't stress eaten in at least 8 months....
this week, I have had two BAGS (yes BAGS) of candy, a huge casserole dish of cheese dip that I ate entirely by myself, potato chips, pasta, nestle tollhouse cookies (at least 6 of those).... 4 days of this indulgence.
UGH 
One bad day won't hurt you...

Yeah, I've "blocked" all food related websites from my browser for the rest of the week! Every time I read a food blog or see pictures... I just have to try out the recipe.

It was a memorable day for me too!!! Must a been the heat!!!!  No, actually, after I had a fasting blood drawn, I decided to eat out. I don't think it was terribly over the top, but not my norm!! I had two scrambled eggs, two pcs. buttered whole wheat toast, some fried? potatoes, and one blueberry oatbran pancake with some butter, not syrup. I think all the butter was a bit much. I was thinking of taking my own non fat butter . Then, later at suppertime, I had a Healthy Choice meal, and a choc.cream filled tastykake. But that wasn't the worst!!! I sat in my recliner, and pigged out on butter flavored Snyders bite sized pretzels, ANDDDDDD three Nabisco PNB cookies!!!!!! Today, I'm "on" the diet wagon again!!!! It was like breaking out of prison yesterday!!!!  Mary

We have all had days liek this. I find that by openly admitting what a slob I was, it helps me move on.
Although I am not calling you a slob. If you had 12 donuts that would be a different story.
Did you lick your fingers too?

I absolutely licked my fingers and I wouldve licked my husbands fingers if he didnt have a napkin.
