To those that use a Personal Trainer?

Do you have to have a gym membership to
train @ one?

Do you pay up front for a series of sessions and if you miss one can you make it up? or do you pay per session? Cost?

My trainer trains at a gym (extreme gym), or an off-site gym (fite fitness) or she will go to your home...

You pay up front based on your amount of sessions. This is one on one training sessions...

If you need to cancel a session, you need to give her enough notice, if you don't she takes a session away...
