Small Victories!
So I decided today to take out some of my pants that were too small. These were my "I want to be able to wear these pants again, need to lose a couple lbs. " pants. I have been trying them on over the past few months and just kept getting discouraged. Even though I had been slowly losing, they just didn't fit right. Low and behold, I put them on today and they fit! In fact, they are slightly loose! I am so excited to be able to wear them again!!!
I guess my point in writing this is to say slow and steady wins the race. Even when you don't see much scale progress, keep at it, because your body composition could be changing!

Re: Small Victories!
Congratulations and I completely agree! Good for you. I identify small-term goals and when I get there, I allow myself something... to buy an exercise-related item or try on clothes I couldn't fit into, etc. It keeps me going.
