My son has Tourettes ADHD and OCD. He needs redirection, directions repeated, preferential seating, testing accomodations like extra time, separate testing locations. He also gets 1:1 and group counseling.

My DD gets no services at school. We just started Social Skills at Variety- Saturday mornings.

I tried to get services through the district, but she didn't qualify because she was doing well academically.

Sorry to crash on this board.

T- dont' accept this as an answer. Our district is very diffiicult to get services from what I've seen.

I can put you in touch with some parents of kids with ADHD in our district if you'd like. All it takes is for a doctor to write up a plan he needs followed & the district will accommodate.

My son is in a co-teach class, with redirection, additional breaks, testing accomodations, 1 on 1 learning time.
