Ran another 5K today
I was able to beat my prior time. Not by much but I did beat it. I finished it in 33:16. And I had my daughter run a fun run after which she loved doing. This is one of the reasons I am so glad that I got into shape and began running. It was such a nice day with the family. So much better then just sitting on the couch all day!

I can't wait to have my son do a fun run. he is 3 now and refuses to do it.
