How do I stop the humping?
Yogi won't stop humping his blanket. He only does it when he's not getting attention while I'm sitting on the couch. He's fixed so I know he's not in heat. How can I get him to stop?

Sounds like he is doing it out of boredom. I would distract him with something else like a treat or a toy when he starts to do it. Eventually he would connect something else to do besides that.
P.S. Only girls go into heat.

When he starts humping the blanket I would get up and take it away from him. Wait a couple of minutes and then give it back to him. He will eventually learn that humping equals him losing his blanket. When you get up to take the blanket away do not pet him or talk sweetly to him. In my house we use the word oops when our dog is doing something inappropriate. So I would say oops Cody (in a neutral voice) then give me the blanket...if he tried to engage me to play with him and the blanket I would tell him to leave it.

I think you are probably talking about a dog buy my cat does this!
Only he only humps us, not a blanket - ugh.
he is neutered too.
