another Q about D&C (little personal)
How long did they tell you to take it easy after D&C. My dr said don't pick up anything heavy for a bout a week, no exercise until after I see her in 2 weeks, but I don't remember what they said about  , what did they tell you? I'm too embarrassed to call my dr and ask about it

I would say at least two weeks. And I am so sorry I had no idea you were going through this...I miscarried myself in August...its so hard...

My doctor said to take it easy and nothing "in there" for two weeks - no tampons, no swimming pools, no baths, no sex.

i got paperwork from the drs office that said nothing in the vagina for 2 weeks

Yes very hard, it was so unexpected and shocking, everything was going so well, first trimester almost over and... There is nothing worse than a dr telling you there is no heartbeat, sometimes I feel like I'll never get over this

Thank you everyone, that's what I thought , I lost the paper they gave me at the hospital Not that I feel up to anything , but I just wanted to know, thank you again.
