Nervous

I got my bfp this week. I had a mc in July and just keep thinking that it could happen again. I'm so nervous. I feel like I should be embracing it but I'm just scared it will happen again

That is a totally normal feeling. I had a MC in May and got pregnant again in July. Everyday I would wake up afraid that I would see blood. I would be terrified to go to the bathroom. Trust me, it will get easier. Once I past my 12 week mark I started to relax a bit more...now at 20 weeks I do not worry much about that. Unfortunately after experiencing something so scary and traumatic it is hard to be happy and embrace it once you're pregnant again. It will past and CONGRATULATIONS!!

I am right there with you!! I'm 5wks and I can't help but be a nervous wreck, even though I told myself I wouldn't be this time around!!

I had a loss at 17wks and was so nervous when I got pregnant with triplets several months later. Unfortunately, my worst nightmare came true and I lost them close to 8wks.. This time around I feel VERY hopeful, but it's so scary to go through a pregnancy once you have experienced these things..

I just tell myself one of these times it WILL work and I really do hope this time is it!!!

I'm always thinking and worrying! I am happy to know that I have others to turn to that have been through this.

First of all, congrats!! I think what you're feeling is totally normal and I can definitely relate. I'm 15 weeks now after two early losses, and I'd say by the 12 week sono, I finally started to relax a little. Just try to take it one day at a time!

I understand, I'm actually terrified of TTC and being pregnant again out of fear that the same thing will happen . I don't know how I will ever get over it.
