I cannot stand their office staff. They are SO rude and unhelpful. i can never get through to a real person, ever. I love their docs but when I come back to NY I'm finding a new practice.

I'm surprrised - I always find them so friendly and timely when calling back.
Sometimes I call at lunch time and I notice the phone ends up going to a answering machine. Usually if u leave a message for a nurse, they get back to you ASAP.
Sorry u had a bad experience!

I love the Patchogue office. It's smaller & they answer the phones. So helpful!
