Re: Allergy sufferers
I usually take Zyrtec once a day. It does make me drowsy, so I take it at night before bed.

Zyrtec doesn't make me drowsy, but I take it at night so it kicks in for the morning

Re: Allergy sufferers
I take Xyzal and Singulair.
I also have nasal sprays which I rarely take as well as occasional allegra as well.

Re: Allergy sufferers
I take Xyzal, too but there is really nothing that will help you to perk up while helping allergies. It just won't make you more tired.
