Moms of allergy sufferers come in!

Are your LO's allergies acting up now? My son's nose was running like a faucet yesterday and I can't tell if it's because of his seasonal allergies or because he went back to daycare 2 weeks ago. It kept him up last night so I'm trying to figure out if I should start up with the allergy meds again. Thanks!

DS has a cat allergy & seasonal allergys. If he gets a clear runny nose & no other symptoms I immediately give him his Zyrtec if he has not been taking it for a while. This way if it IS allergies it starts to help. IF it turns out to be a cold I stop.

his eyes are acting up more than his nose, but definitely. Not nearly as bad as Spring but still def acting up.

Im not putting him on meds bc is the Spring he is on 5 different meds to control is allergies and their symptoms so I try to keep him off them if I can. If all he had to take was the Allegra though, I would definitely give him some this time of year.

I notice DD rubbing her eyes and nose a lot and sneezing too.
I thought it was a cold- but normally with a cold she has congestion and a cough.
This is just random sneezing etc.

I know that MY allergies are HORRIBLE at this time of year all the time- and they are horrible now.
I think she must have inherited my fall allergies!
