how many points am I allowed?

I think it's based on your weight, how much you want to lose and your age. WW has some kind of formula. I don't know if anyone could tell you how many points you get...there's not just a chart they look at.

Just checked out the site and at the meetings I got 26 points ... The site gave me 29 ... Take from that what you will

i don't go to weight watchers.. but that is the site that my friend uses and she has lost over 30 lbs following the calculations...
sorry if its wrong... but its what i am about to use as well...
i do know that just recently WW has changed their point allowance once again because too many people were saying they were allowed too many points and weren't loosing weight.. so who knows...
i am using the old system which is a different calculation, but its what my friend uses for the new PP program

WW just changed the plan. The bottom number used to be 29 now its 26.
