Almost there, ladies... just a few more weeks!
Last week I gained .5, but this week I'm down 2.5, so it's getting to be slower progress but any loss is a loss...
We can do this!!!

I never posted last week but last Friday 3/16 I was down 1 lb.
Then we had a rough weekend with St Patty's day, and then we went to great wolf lodge so i did nothing and really felt like I was off the wagon. But I weighed myself this am and I didn't gain or lose so i feel like that is a success! But to top it off I quickly took my measurements and in 3 weeks I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist (which is my proble,m area) so i am excited by that.
So in total I am down 6 lbs during this challenge!

I think I need to take myself off, I was on vacation for two weeks and couldn't weigh myself and of course we all know what happens on vacation 
I'd be happy to join the next one!

So I begin with a confession. A couple of weeks ago I injured my knee working out. For the first few days I still attempted to work out. I also should add that I work on my feet for 8 to 10 hours a day. So need;less to say the injury did not get any better, it got much worse. So I took off the past 11 days from the gym. I also, and here is the confession part, did not monitor my food intake. Before this happened I was monitoring everything I ate and watching my calorie count. Now I have just been eating whatever. Not that I have been eating a bunch of junk food, but certainly not being very careful.
The good news is that starting today I am back to my diet and exercise program!! The bad news is I gained back .5 pounds which brings my weight loss total to 5 pounds.

started an extra night at kickboxing, hopefully that will help with the slow loss thats been going on.

I missed checking in last week, but I lost .8 and then this week lost .6.
So, the grand total so far is quite pathetic at...
lost 2.2 lbs.

That's huge when you add it up!
Is anyone doing one that starts 4/1? I want to try to lose a few and the one I did after Christmas kept me accountable! Anyone else?
