I am doing a home kettlebell challenge, thought i'd share here..
The trainer I was doing the x-factor bootcamp classes with just started a kettlebell challenge. I decided to try it out, in addition to doing some cardio because i LOVED the results i was getting when i worked with the kettlebell.
Basically the goal is to do 200 kettlebell swings everyday, 5x/week for a month. He said i'll be buying new clothes after a month...hmmmmm...we'll see. But i'm on day 2 and i am SORE but know it gives good results.
Just wanted to share. It took me maybe all of 15 minutes to do, i broke it up 50 at a time. I'm using a 20 lb kettlebell, wish i had something a bit lighter but it's all i have at home!
