If you own an electric pressure cooker...
do you get a lot of use out it and does the food come out good in it? What types of recipes do you use it for?

Do I get a lot of use out of it? No, I don't, but that's only because we are 2 people and there is only so much left overs we like to have. Plus DH is always on a diet (lean protien and veggies) so I end up finishing the left overs.
Whatever I have made has come out great. I've done pot roasts, beef stew, turkey chili, and pulled pork. You can also make casseroles, soups and desserts.

I have a cuisinart one and love it. I don't use it as much as I would like, but I mainly use it for tough cuts of meat that I don't have time to slow cook. The recipes that came with my slow cooker are delicious! I've made stews, chicken with pesto, goat and lamb curries.
