Kids handprints on bedroom wall ideas?

My husband and I are repainting our bedroom. I thought it would be cute to incorporate our kids hand and foot prints somehow onto our freshly painted blue walls, perhaps with some leftover white paint. But i need some ideas. Should i do it randomly all over the room? Arrange them into a design or pattern on one wall? I'm frightfully non-artistic, and I'd like to go into it with a plan, cause my DS is 3 and DD is 9 months so we wont have much time for "trial and error" before they both lose patience with me and I end up wearing the paint.
Any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!!!!!!

I love the idea of handprint art but I personally wouldn't do it directly on the wall. If you did it on a canvas you could take it with you if you ever moved otu of the house.

This is something that we are planning on doing once our new baby arrives and our family is complete....something similar to this at least. You can get blank canvas at AC Moore and Michael's for pretty cheap!
