Sinuses

I've never really had problems with my sinuses until last year. The past few weeks have been horrible. I have really bad pains in my head, cheek, and my nose feels like someone punched it. I can't even touch it! I've tried taking some sudafed but it only slightly relieves it.

Any suggestions on what to take or other remedies? I was feeling better for the past week or 2 until yesterday when I woke up with this horrible pain.

Go to a good ENT ASAP. I had this exact situation. Turned out to be an infection that was coming and going and I ended up with a bigger problem and needing surgery. Def. go to an ENT so you can get on antibiotics if there is an infection which it sounds like there is!

I have terrible sinus problems and get terrinle headaches along with the eyebrown, nose and cheek pain and tenderness. I find that going to the chiropractor helps alot... when I am really desperated I will take advil cold and sinus, it helps in 20 minutes. Also, the neti pot gives me relief.
