I admit...I have been struggling with losing weight
you would think it would be easy since I shouldn't eat alot of the "bad" food as a type 1 diabetic- but I am weak- and I will take extra meds to cover a "treat" which I feel entitled to more then I should- mostly b/c I can't- it makes you want it so much more
but anyway- I know better- I lost a few lbs- but no where close to what I wanted to lose- I finally started getting back on track the last few days- and what a difference
so I have a guy friend who is pretty blunt- we joke around alot- he is 39 but keeps saying I am at 34 too old him to date- it's a joke- (he's too old for me lol)
today he decided to call my chunky- (I know he's a jerk- but I told him no more old jokes)
honestly- I NEEDED TO HEAR THAT
if my mother was alive- she would have said it to me months ago- and my Dad would never
I didn't cheat once today- and me and the jerk have a bet going as to who can look better by 5/1- I am going to take his money!

I redid my whole diet
I am using my fitness pal to track calories
I am already down 3lbs!
