Grapefruit
Is it true that eating grapefruit aids in weight loss? I've read so much conflicting material on the subject, so I really don't know what to believe.
I'm giving it a try...I've been eating half a grapefruit each day since Wednesday...I guess I've been seeing somewhat of a result...but idk if it's due to that.... I think it's too soon to tell.
Anyway, I think grapefruit is one of the most vile things I have ever eaten...but I'm willing to choke it down if it has a chance of helping.

Re: Grapefruit
Put splenda on it..... it makes it taste so much better!!! I can't eat grapefruit without some type of sweetener.
I don't think it has any properties that make it better for weight loss more than any other fruit or vegetable. But it's low calorie, good for you & the water in it & fiber fills you up so you're less likely to eat junk. So I guess in that way it's helpful.
