feeing sick from eating breakfast?
I never eat breakfast before work and whenever I do now, I feel sick and queasy. Why is this and does it go away? I only ate a packet of oatmeal.

Can you wait until you are at work to eat a small breakfast? No reason to make yourself sick just to eat breakfast- I would try waiting a few more hours if possible.

Try drinking a glass of water before you eat...I do this and I dont feel sick after I eat.
