AWESOME CAKE IN A CUP!
Ladies--I was in heaven!
1 scoop protein powder 1 egg white 1 tbs greek yogurt 1 tbs canned pumpkin 1/4 tsp baking powder Stevia to taste
Mix it all in a mug and microwave for 40-60 seconds. It will puff up over the top of the mug, don't get scared.
After it's done, turn the cup over and you have a little cake! You can add cocoa too if you want. I topped mine with some strawberries and had the perfect pre workout snack!

Re: AWESOME CAKE IN A CUP!
I have a similar recipe....but I love that this one has pumpkin!! Making this tomorrow for sure!!
And since we are sharing....I just got this one today and am dying to make it.
Protein Flan
1 pint of milk 1 cup of whey 1 pack of gelatin
Get out a pot and heat up your milk. When the milk gets hot enough to drink but not hot enough to burn your mouth, remove it from the heat and add it to a big glass bowl containing your whey and gelatin. Then, whisk for the life of you and let the mixture sit for a while before adding it to your jelly molds, bowls, mugs, etc. Leave it in the fridge overnight and.... Barabooom! Enjoy
Per one out of four:
145 kcals 22.3g protein 4g carbs 4g fat 0.6g fiber
