WW - Favorite dining out or ordering in meals?
I JUST started back on WW after I realized i have gained 20 lbs since the wedding! :-O
I managed to only go 1 point over yesterday w/o trying and today i am counting like crazy..I'm super hungry atm, but whatever.
I REALLY want to have a date with Dh tonight and i REALLY don't want to cook.
What are your favorite WW friendly things to get when eating out or getting takeout;/delivery?

take out: chicken & brocolli with fried rice--I think its about 13-16pts (not bad)
dining out: friendlys has the ginger seasame chicken stir fry and its DELISH and like 13pts
Personally for a take-out/out to eat, use your extra points girl!!

Im so afraid I won't lose weight if I use the extra points
When i was on WW before I lost weight but SL-O-O-W-L-Y. Like .5 a week. The most I ever lost was 1.7 in one week and that was an anomaly.
I know it's not healthy, but I would LOVE to lose 5-8 lbs for my trip which is in 3 weeks. I have gained 20 since the wedding as of today. I'm hoping at least a little of it is bloat/water weight, hence the 5-8 # and not just 5.

don't be afraid, your meeting leader will tell you to USE those points. Don't ignore them. That is how you'll be more successful and less deprived!!

If u are realy watching your points for the day my go to when getting take our or going out to eat is alway a House salad with grilled chicken and Balsamic dressing ON the side.
Its nice and light and this way you can enjoy a drink or app if you want too to ;)
Also applebees has ww stuff on there menu, theres a chicken dish, steak dish & seafood dish..
T.G.I fridays has a dragonfire chicken thats i think under 700 calroies so thats a good choice too.

I use about 1/2 my 49 extra points a week, and I still lose. Use them, dont deprive yourself.
Go out and enjoy just read the descriptions opt for grilled meats, with veggies, any dressings on the side, etc. YOu will be fine!
Also try having an apple or some carrot sticks or something as a snack prior to going out so you arent as hungry when you are looking at hte menu!

If you want to lose quickly I would do the high point low point days. Also no carbs at dinner if you can. Stay away from processed foods, packaged snack etc. If you get takeout try to do steamed chinese with brown rice, brown rice sushi, stir fry-no oil etc.

What is high point.low point days?/
I don't go to meetings. i do it online, so i feel I miss a lot.
My week starts Sunday and I've already used half of my bonus points. I didn't intend to, nor did I pig out, but Sunday just went to sh*t after I had a Dunkin Donuts brekafast burrito Dh bought me. I told him to 'check it out", because I thought it was going to be low fat like the veggie flatbreads. I ate it, it was TINY so DH gave me half of a donut (I always splurge a little on Sunday) and then when i went to put in the points I realized the breakfast wrap had 17 grams of fat and was a zilloin points, plus I'd already eaten the donut. Then I had wine and a pina colada at my mom's without even thinking about it.
yesterday was a bit more reasonable but I sitll went over my points because I really felt like having 2 veggie dogs, both in a bun (which i never ever do), AND I ate french fries.
We'll see how the week goes on Sunday.
I re-started on Friday and I was at 20lbs up since the wedding , but by weight in day on Sunday I was down 1.4. I know weight just fluctuates, but I am going to take it as a good sign.
