How do I get back on track?
I've been doing WW since March. I've lost 20lbs.
The past 2 weeks have been very hard for me. I just want to eat everything. I'm trying to stay on track but the best I can but I feel out of control.
What can I do to get my motivation back? It seems that every time I lose 20 or 30 lbs, I give up! I have a lot more to lose and do not want to start gaining.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks!

Re: How do I get back on track?
2 weeks ago I was getting so frustrated. I was eating within my calorie limits but never felt satisfied and wasn't losing anything.
I went away for the weekend and totally carb-loaded. It might not work for everyone but it absolutely worked for me! I came back and started tracking again and the weight is melting off quickly.
Just something to consider, like a jump-start. I know that after a whole weekend of bad eating I was almost desperate to start eating healthy again!

I agree with this (Even thought it's probably not the best thing to do)
Eating healthy eventually gets to you and you want the "bad" stuff. Eating a little bad every day puts you on a downward spiral to gaining. But taking a weekend off and just EATING makes you ready to be "good" again come Monday. It definitely helps you get back on track
