Okay, well 5lbs it is!!!

I have had an up and down week so I am just going to stop and say no pounds lost.. but I did get to my original goal of 10 so extremely happy :)

I started late:
7/23 - baseline
7/30 - lost 1.2
8/6 - lost .8
8/13 - stayed same
8/20 - lost .8
8/27 - gained .8
9/3 - lost .4
Goal was 4 lbs.
Total = Lost 2.2
EPIC FAIL!
