Breakfast
DH and I are going to get our acts together with changing our diet. DH eats a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast EVERY DAY! He LOATHES eggs and oatmeal. Can eat Chobani every now and then, but certainly not every day. Does any one have any breakfast suggestions?

Protein pancakes, French toast with egg whites and multi grain bread, fruit and a protein shake! Healthy doesn't have to be tasteless!m

i would do a green smoothie (ie. kale, spinach, etc.) and a banana.

Thomas' makes bagel thins. I eat those sometimes for breakfast when I am craving a bagel. I like whole wheat so I get those, but they come in all different varieties-plain, cinnamon raisin, everything, etc. I would toast one and put cream cheese on it. It might be a good alternative so he can still have his bagels but healthier!
