2 new yummy discoveries
I found two new healthy (and easy!) meal ideas that I wanted to share. Soooo tasty!
meal 1 (or snack) 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese handful of cherries cut up (optional) 3 or 4 walnut halves in teeny pieces
mix it all together and the cherries will turn the cottage cheese sweeter. the mix of protein, carbs and fat will keep you full for awhile but you won't feel stuffed.
meal 2 1 morningstar farms griller (fake burger) iceburg lettuce 1 tbls marie's blue cheese yogurt dressing
use the dressing as a topping for your 'burger' and use the lettuce as your bun. yum yum!
