Low point breakfast ideas
I don't like to use a lot of points for breakfast. I am getting bored of the usual 2 point hard boiled egg

Re: Low point breakfast ideas
I do egg whites with broccoli either an omelet or I will use the 2p ww wraps.
I also like the WW smoothies, I use their vanilla or chocolate mix, 3/4cp of FF milk, some water, some ice, 1/2 a banana and 1 tbsp of PB2 so the whole thing is about 4-5pts and it totally keeps me full.
Or I keep a few smart ones in the freezer for days when nothing else is appealing. I get the breakfast sandwich, breakfast quesadilla or wraps bc they are only 5pts and I dont like using any more than that for breakfast.
Also at the meetings you can buy their oatmeal its a 4pk, add some egg white and some water and you can make pancakes out of them. Or somoene said if you stick them in hte microwave you can do a muffin but I havent tried that yet.

Re: Low point breakfast ideas
on the weekends i have an omelete -one whole egg (2); one egg white (0) and a slice of WW cheese (1)- 3 points total - i dont like vegetables really but if you do you can add whatever you want and it is all free. i somtimes have the omelete on pepridge farm light style whol wheat bread and thats an extra 2 points also if you like turkey bacon they are 1 point a slice so you can add that to omletes.
during the week i dont really have time to cook in the mornign so i have 1 cup of speical K (3) with half a cup of FF milk (1) thats a total of points
sometimes i do oatmeal (3) half a cup of FF milk (1) total of 4 .... if you use water instead only 3 points then
i havent tried this yet but at the last meeting the WW leader said you can make pancakes out of on packet of the WW vanialla smoothie packet (2) and 3 egg whites (1) total of 3 points
she said you can also make pancakes out of oatmeal (3) and 3 egg whites (1) for a total of points havent tried this either.

I have tried the oatmeal ones, considering I dislike oatmeal greatly, it was pretty good. I had to use a sugar free syrup which was 1 add'l pt.
The smoothie ones I hear are SUPER sweet though, so I havent tried them.

Re: Low point breakfast ideas
I do a couple of things for breakfast. I will do oatmeal. Chobani yogurt with a nature valley protein bar. Today I had chobani yogurt with cinnamon toast crunch cereal on top. I did an egg substitute omelet the other day. Yogurt with fresh fruit. Light english muffin with reduced fat peanut butter.

Re: Low point breakfast ideas
3-4 points: 1 cup of plain fat free yogurt or the low fat french vanilla(3-4 points) plus 2 cups of fruit (I usually use 2 fruits & switch it up between a combo of frozen blueberries, fresh or frozen strawberries, peaches canned in juice that I drain off the juice).
4 point egg white omelet: 4 egg whites (1 point) any veggies a feel like throwing in and add a TON and 1 oz of Vermont Cheddar (3 points) melted on top . The key to this is I LOTS of veg.
Plus I always have my coffee.
I am lucky that at work I can always grab a mid morning snack so I keep breakfast about 6 points total with my coffee. I tend to have a fiber one bar (or the Trader Joes version ) for 3 points as a snack but will sub this for a quick breakfast when DS gets me behind in the AM!
