30 Day Shred

Anyone have success with this? Does it work?

I ordered it a long time ago and didn't try it until today..it was hard for me since i haven't worked out in years, but i think i want to attempt doing it for the 30 days.

I am on level 3. I have hit a plateau in my weight loss, so I haven't lost weight since starting level 3. Once you hit Day 4 on any of the levels it feels so great because you can actually do it without trouble! I have lost a few inches, I have the curve in my waist again and my endurance is up. My abs and arms are much more defined.

i have done it several times. I have never done it with dieting until this time around. While you wont lose 20lbs in 30 days it def helps. I like cause its 20 min. and since i hate working out and have no time to this video is perfect.

I started doing it a week after starting WW and i have lost a little over 38lbs on about 17 weeks. This was with gaining one week while on vacation and not really working out for at least the past 4 weeks or so with the DVD.

I know you can pay for her diet and supposedly if you do her diet with the plan you will lose 20lbs

i also have a more defined body ... im sure it also help me lose the my back rolls Chat Icon Chat Icon

ETA: i did not do it for 30 days straight either.

Yes, yes yes! But I only did level 1 and didn't do it straight for 30 days. I combined it with 30 min jogs, and the 40 min Jackie Warner circuit video (total of any of these workouts were 4x a week, sometimes would do a 20 min jog and 30 day shred vid right after that).

I always kept my diet balanced/portioned (but wasn't strict), and didn't eat after 7 pm.

The combination of the above made me get toned and dropped a dress size or 2.
