regular squats plie squats squat with a leg lift plie squat with calf raises Lunges side lunges
For squats I do 3 sets of 15 and then I pulse it for 8-10.

Walking lunges, reverse lunges, stationary lunges, hack squats, box squats, regular squats, goblet squats, glute/ham raises, deadlifts, sumo squats...
