Orzo
DS took a liking to orzo. I made it with lemon and feta.
Does anyone else have recipes they are willing to share?

I saw this recipe in yesterday's paper, and I am trying it this week. Looks SO good!
To the OP: My 3.5 year old likes orzo with butter! Super easy. DH and I love it with my shrimp scampi recipe.
I would just treat it like you would any other shape of pasta (since it is pasta).... you can make it with red sauce, with a cheese sauce (like mac and cheese). Or just treat it as a rice substitute and mix in butter, vegetables, etc. I would just use your favorite pasta or rice recipes and sub in the orzo.

He would love that...except the tomatoes. I like the other options. Thanks!
