salt n pepa - push it - always pumps me up even when i'm tired!
rolling in the deep - adele good for the beginning of class
tonight "we are young" song. Love this song and would be awesome for spin
moves like jagger - maroon 5
I also realize that I LOVE michael jackson & janet jackson songs too. Always such a good beat
eta: one time I had a britney inspired spin class and i really loved it
 toxic and other remixes too
Blow my whistle baby was on yesterday in class and I was singing along in my head lol. sassy songs are fun

Also Britney is very spin friendly - especially 'til the world ends.
My favorite spin instructor always ends with a fast climb to "shipping up to boston" - love that.
