I have a whole chicken in the crockpot right now...I forgot who posted the recipe idea last week?
I laid it on a bed of onions, carrots & celery. Seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder..I cannot tell you how amazing my house smells right now!
I'll Make either some broccoli or String beans ( I Have both fresh) in a little while and then maybe some quinoa or rice as another side.
