Pasta dish help---no milk
One of my sons favorite meals is pasta with broccoli, parm cheese and garlic. The dr wants us to cut out milk...any suggestions on a dish I can make that is similiar...he eats almost all veggies, Thanks!

I make pasta all the time with various veggies, shrimp and evoo. You'll never miss the cheese.
Try to saute broccoli, asparagus, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes. Throw in some baby shrimp and serve it over whole wheat pasta. It's healthy and filling.

I make pasta with brocolli all the time with no dairy. I sautee garlic and onion in a little oil, then add the brocolli, then add a can of chicken stock and a little cornstarch/water to thicken sauce a little....delish!

Galaxy makes a dairy free parmesan "cheese" that tastes pretty good. Galaxy Vegan "cheese" products
IMO the best dairy free "cheese" products are by Daiya, I've found them at Fairway & Whole Foods. Daiya dairy free "cheese" products

You can also try nutritional yeast flakes, it has a cheesy taste.
