Silk creamer
Has anyone used this? Ive read ppl use it to replace half and half....could I use it in a sauce recipe that calls for half and half?

I have heard that before! This won't help you but I use silk creamer in mashed potatoes and it makes them soo creamy and delish..so I think it would work

Actually that does help!! Thanks!!! I wanted to make mashed potatoes, but wasn't sure if it would work! Do you use the same amount as you would milk?
