I took my little man to the doctor and they did a lead test...apparently he's a bleeder.

I would put cold water on it, nothing else.
Hope DS fared better than you.

My dry cleaner always says to do nothing to it. It makes it harder to remove. Just bring it in asap and tell him that it's blood. Good luck.

Pour hydrogen peroxide on it. I have a white sofa and my nephew got hurt. I tried to act concerned about the kid but I was freaking inside over the sofa. From past experience, I also knew this fabric stains with water. His mother worked for a doctor and asked for peroxide. She poured it on and the stain was totally gone, and no water mark. It was truly amazing. She said that is what they use at hospitals for sheets, etc. good luck.
PS. If it has color on it maybe test inside a seam or hem to see if the peroxide affects the dye.

Hydrogen peroxide takes blood out of anything (it still works often when it has dried as well.
