When did you stop PIO?
So I was told today to stop PIO at 10 weeks 2 days...I thought I would continue longer since my p4 levels were always on the low end but she said by then the placenta should take over...just wondering when everyone else stopped?

Around 10w your placenta is fully functional and you shouldn't need progesterone support anymore. Your other option is to ween yourself down (how much are you taking) and be totally off of it by 12w. But you're likely just putting yourself through extra needle pokes.

I am going through the same thing..I am supposed to stop next week on 10/23. I will be 10w2d by then. But I am scared!

i stopped around 11w. once the placenta takes over you really don't need the supplementation anymore.
