So excited and so is DD! We are staying with my mom until we get our power back so still not back to normal, but its getting there!

I'm happy he's there learning, and children get a chance to have a hot meal after possibly being in the cold. On the other hand I feel for the teachers and parents that may or may not have power and/gas. I guess it's one step closer to things getting back to normal.

My kids were back in school last thursday and they are in tomorrow (making up a day) which school was originally closed.

Well would be nice since we are still out and staying at my parents. Our district is open but my DD's school and the middle school are still closed as they have no power.
